Loyalty between clients and beauty providers is one of the strongest across industries. Square Future of Commerce data found that 56% of global consumers have a preferred beauty provider or always book the same provider. That number is even stronger for women in particular — 73% regularly visit a beauty or personal care business, and 61% prefer to see the same provider each time they visit.
