Square Shop Guide
Visit the Square Shop to find everything you need to help grow your business with Square. From Square Readers to hardware kits, we offer a variety of point of sale, hardware and accessories to suit your business.
Order Hardware
You can order Square hardware directly from Square Shop and it will be delivered to you in 5 to 7 business days with free shipping.
To place an order:
Log in to your Square Account and visit the Square Shop.
Select your hardware, accessories or hardware kit > click Add to cart.
To add more items to your cart, click Continue shopping or if you’re ready to review your cart, click Continue to checkout.
Check the items and quantities in your cart and review your order total, including GST. Add a promo code (if applicable).
Click Check out.
Add shipping information: Enter your full name, email, phone number and the street address.
Note: You will need to sign for your shipment upon delivery. If you can’t be at home during delivery hours, have your order shipped to a business or work address. Click Continue > Continue with this address.Select your payment method: Pay in full today or pay in 3, 6 or 12 interest-free instalments (subject to approval).
Note: Instalment options will only appear if you are logged in to your Square Account.Continue to billing or financing application.
Enter your card details, including full card number, CVV and expiration date. Click Complete your order.
Enter your date of birth, gender (optional) and mailing address. Check the box once you have reviewed and agreed to the terms, and click Submit and Continue.
Once you have been approved, click Return to Checkout and follow the payment prompts. Click Accept your plan.
If your application has been declined, you’ll receive an email notification.
You will receive an email with your order information, and another email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Note:
Shipping methods depend on hardware availability.
Shipping speed is not guaranteed for orders sent to PO Box addresses. You can either continue with a PO Box or enter another address for accurate shipping speed.

Hardware Compatibility
Depending on the device you are using for your Square Point of Sale, you’ll have different hardware options. Explore third-party hardware accessories that are compatible with Square, such as receipt or kitchen printers, cash drawers or barcode scanners.
Hardware Instalments
Instalments for Square hardware is a flexible payment option that allows you to purchase the Square hardware you need while paying for it in monthly instalments. The first payment will be due at checkout. Taxes will apply. Available plan lengths vary from 3, 6 and/or 12 instalments based on purchase amount. All plans subject to credit approval.
Eligibility: If your cart subtotal is $49 to $5,000, you’ll see an option to pay in instalments. Orders under $49 (before taxes) aren’t eligible.

Square Hardware Limited Warranty and Returns
Any piece of Square hardware can be returned directly to the original point of purchase, whether that be the Square Shop in accordance to Square Hardware Limited Warranty and Returns.
Custom Pricing
If your annual sales exceed $250,000 and have an average ticket size of over $15, contact our Sales team to see if we can help find the right hardware pricing for you. You may be eligible for custom pricing.

Free 30-day returns on all hardware. Complete the Return Form with the original Order Number and email address associated with your order. Note: iPads must be unopened to be eligible for return.
